President getting flak over tournament picks (and lack thereof)

Obama.jpgDuke coach Mike Krzyzewski seemed a little snippy after being told President Barack Obama didn’t have the Bule Devils advancing to the NCAA men’s Final Four. “The economy is something that he should focus on, probably more than the brackets,” Krzyzewski said.
And he’s not the only fussy coach as USC coach Tim Floyd is also picked to lose his opener today.
“He’s a Chicago Bulls fan,” Floyd said of the President. “He was in Chicago when I was coaching the Bulls. He thinks I can’t coach, and that’s understandable.”
The President also has Washington losing in the second-round against Purdue.
As for Duke, they haven’t made it past the Sweet Sixteen since 2004, so perhaps that should be a focus. And as for President Obama’s bracket, it would have been nice if he would have included a women’s version — especially since he met with WNBA legend Lisa Leslie and acknowledge women’s history, which is this month.
There’s still time, you know.
