Appel2.jpgSweet 16 play in the NCAA tournament begins this morning. Even though Seattle only has two locals remaining (Arizona State seniors Briann January and Kristen Thompson), the team’s we’re following on the blog are thriving.
We’ll have a preview for Pitt tomorrow, today is all about No. 1 seed Maryland and No. 2 seed Stanford. The Terrapins face No. 4 Vanderbilt at 11 this morning, after No. 3 Louisville and No. 2 Baylor play for the Elite Eight berth.
