TV Alert: Washington’s WNIT game online

Huskies2.jpgI’m in Corvallis and will cover Washington’s third-round matchup against Oregon State in the Women’s National Invitation Tournament via the usual game thread and newspaper story for Wednesday’s print addition. But the Beavers (20-12) are also providing an online feed via its website.
Here’s the information from a OSU press release on the game: Full results from Tuesday’s game can be found through osubeavers.com. Gametracker is available, as well as free live video through osubeavers.com. The game will be broadcast in the Corvallis area on 990 KTHH-AM in the Corvallis area.
As for previews, I wrote about the players welcoming the Spring Break getaway to Corvallis. Scott Johnson of the Everett Herald also wrote about the unfamiliar time of year for the Huskies (19-13) to be playing.
The locals wrote about lone senior Earlysia Marchbanks not wanting her career to end at OSU. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, I should have the blog up just before then to give you the latest.
