Storm F Camille Little on defense in Final Eight

Storm stars Camille Little and Tanisha Wright helped lead their Turkish team to a club-first EuroLeague Final Eight appearance held in Ekaterinburg this week. It’s also Wright and Little’s first time playing with the club, Kayseri Kaski spor.

The team opened pool play Monday against Turkish rival Fenerbahce, which features WNBA All-Stars Cappie Pondexter (New York) and Angel McCoughtry (Atlanta). The duo helped hold Kayseri’s top three scorers — Wright, Little, and Lara Sanders — to 27 percent shooting in the game, Fener winning 64-58 early this morning.

Kayseri continues play against Sparta&K M.R. Vidnoje on Tuesday. The game airs at about 1am PT and can be viewed for a nominal fee. The top two teams from the two pools advance to the semifinals. The championship game is Sunday.

Here are highlights from Wright and Little’s loss.
